THE WARRIOR
“Truth be told, he never wanted the duty of a warrior. Why the darkness chose to torment him is beyond his knowledge, but he’s known its icy grip since he can remember. He’ll never understand why some people are untouched by its sting, it passes by them as if they aren’t there. They don’t know what it is to fight every day just to survive. He’s jealous, and the jealousy turns into anger. “Why do I have to fight so hard for joy when it seems as if others receive it freely,” he thinks to himself. But everyone has their own duty, their own journey. So he continues to hunt and fight for his joy, striking down the darkness weakening its power day by day. He won’t be easy prey. It will fear his blade, it will see his smiling face in its nightmares…”
*Puts down toothbrush. Ok Michael, you did it. You got out of bed and brushed your teeth. Now wash your face, and put-on some clothes. Fight.
